How ESA Operates

As a consulting firm, we specialize primarily in software and hardware design for manufacturing and factory floor automation. The consultants we hire are ESA's full-time employees, and are contracted to companies requiring specialized talent for specific projects.

Contracts are written for a minimum of three months and can be extended indefinitely or can be converted to a permanent hire. We are willing to provide permanent placement assistance to our clients as well.

All contracts can be tailored to comply with company vendor agreements. Our Account Managers will work with client human resource departments or directly with the hiring managers and/or buyers to coordinate company procedures with ESA contracts.

Our goal is to facilitate the hiring procedure for our clients while providing the best possible employment opportunities. We strive for a minimal turn-around time in presenting qualified candidates, and our Account Managers are sensitive to each client's corporate culture and particular hiring practices.
