Susan spent three years as the senior Account Manager in the Cleveland branch of ESA prior to purchasing the business unit in November of 1999. At that time she assumed the duties of President.

Susan received her degree in Communications from Kent State University. Her early career was spent teaching English and speech at the high school and college level.

After moving to Cleveland from Warren, Ohio in 1991, she began a career in placement which evolved into executive search. In 1996 she joined ESA as Senior Account Manager. During her tenure in that position she provided engineers to TRW, Rockwell Automation, both Allen Bradley and Reliance Electric, the Foxboro Company, Picker International, Elsag Bailey, and Viant, Inc.

She is active in the Cleveland Engineering Society, where she is a member of the Board of Directors and sits on the Marketing Committee. She is also a member of the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce. In 2004 she was honored as one of Northeast Ohio's Top Ten Women Business Owners by NAWBO and Crain's.

Kristi joined ESA as Operations Coordinator in May of 2008. She handles all the recruiting and daily operations for the company as well as serving as ESA’s interface with the employees.

Kristi grew up in nearby Geneva, OH. After majoring in business at the University of Toledo, she went on to hold various management positions within the day care sector. Following a move to the D.C. area, Kristi began working with a consulting firm, and then grew into recruiting responsibilities where she has progressed steadily, moving from recruiting coordinator, to technical recruiter, and finally into the position of Human Resource Manager. After living in Washington D.C. for ten years, she relocated to north-east Ohio to be near family.

Kasey Tamosiunas joined ESA in September 2003. His almost 20 years experience at Rockwell Automation included product management, marketing and technology sales. During his last 10 years at Rockwell Automation, Kasey was a business development manager with emphasis on intellectual property licensing and technology transfer in the industrial automation industry. He licensed technology to and managed relationships with small and large companies both domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining Rockwell Automation, Kasey designed electrical control systems for automated foundry systems using programmable controller systems and assisted field service with onsite system installations.

A native of Toronto, Canada, Kasey earned a Diploma in Controls Technology from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in Toronto and graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (Electronics).

He is a member of the Licensing Executives Society (USA & Canada) and participates in the Management of Technology Division of the Cleveland Engineering Society.

Hillery joined ESA in the early spring of 1999. He has a strong background in sales, and his early work experience at Nucor Steel contributed technical expertise for woking with some of ESA's clientele.

A native of South Carolina, Hillery graduated from The Citadel before serving as a Captain in the Air Force for nine years as an instructor navigator. In 2002, Hillery and his family relocated to Atlanta, GA where he is presently representing ESA to commercial clients in the Southeast market.
