To the Engineer:

ESA is structured to satisfy a contractor's needs. Every employee knows the hourly billing rate contracted between the company and the client. Our engineers have two pay plans from which to choose, and the "take home" percentage is published and consistent for all employees. Benefit options are also available. ESA employees have direct input concerning career direction, client sites, and contract terms. Guidelines are specified in employee handbooks that are provided at the time of employment, and regular contact is encouraged with the Recruiter and Account Managers.

To the Client:

ESA promises to present only prescreened and pre-qualified candidates who closely match your specific job requirements. We set interviews, provide full reference and background checks, and handle any work- related problems that may occur. We will also allow flexible contracts that can conform to your company's master vendor agreements. It is ESA's goal to partner with the client to insure your success - and therefore our success.

ESA's Accomplishments

Provided key individuals for R&D projects including:

• 5 members of the team who developed the industry's first intelligent motor (IQ PreAlert) for Rockwell Automation/Reliance Electric. This product won the Rockwell Chairman's Team Award in 1997 and multiple national trade journal awards (Design News, Industry Week, Plant Engineering, and Control Engineering).

• 2 members of the team who validated several high-impact sensor, and diagnostics technologies for a major aircraft manufacturer in collaboration with several universities and a high-tech company.

• 1 member of the team who demonstrated a novel oil and fuel sensor for a new fighter aircraft.

Provided integral members to teams that:

• have designed and developed automation and controls for aircraft carriers .

• designed and installed automation and controls for manufacturing applications including pharmaceuticals, food processing, steel making, automotive and tire and rubber companies.

Provided integral members to teams to provide:

• Documentation of projects and technical writing for user manuals.

Provided training to customers and end-users on new hardware and software installations.
